About the Event
Finding your family history can be daunting, especially if you don't know where to search. This 6-week course will offer a primary and basic approach to the locations where your family stories begin. Classes begin on Saturday October 2, 2021. They will be held in the Museum Auditorium from 10:30am to 11:45am every Saturday until November 6th, 2021. Free to members of the History Center with a donation, or the cost is purchase of $65 Individual membership. If you wish to attend only certain lectures of the six offered classes, the fee is $10.00 each. Class itinerary is as follows:

10/09- Sources Beyond the Internet
10/16- What are in the Censuses?
10/23- Discoveries in Land Records and Deeds
11/06- Finding More Than Tombstones in Cemeteries
